This reminds me of that David Cross joke about friendly fire sounding like it's a cartoon bullet wearing a top hat.
This image leaves little doubt about what Japan claims its intentions are in Iraq. In the US it seems like our governments intentions are always presented vaguely. I guess it's just empty rhetoric in either case, but I respect this cartoon's directness, whether it's honest or not.
