Wow. From wiki:
"Pre-production work has started on Hachiko: A Dog's Story, an American movie starring actor Richard Gere, about HachikÅ and his relationship with the professor. The movie is expected to release in 2008."
Unless the dog stands still and people huddle around it, i'm not interested.
