The state gov actually closed that loophole with a $15,000 fine about a week after that. They said that if you are not an established playhouse or theatre your out of luck. Here's the deal... why the fuck are people going to such lengths to sit around with a bunch of other people and smoke. Why not just have people over to your house? Why not just get real hard into cocaine and just do bumps all night? Or pick up a heroin habit and hang out with other heroin aficionados under a bridge? These people have no gusto... no heart.
