This is a 10.
I can't tell you how sick I am of hearing the same old tired pop-hits at the bar. I would take my shirt off and wrap it around my hand if I was hammered right now.
I'd give it a 9.9, but that's because, like the Olympic gymnastics judges, I don't award 10s.
