Organización de Solidaridad con los Pueblos de Asia, Africa y América Latina
OSPAAAL was a Cuban political organization/movement started in the late 60's with the purpose of fighting Globalisation and Imperialism through solidarity of the poor and opressed peoples of, obviously, Asia, Africa, & Latin America. I'm mainly interested because of the stunning propganda posteres they produced, originals of which can still be purchased on eBay, especially by guys like me, who is about to get this Libya one on the cheaps:

If the name is Organization of Solidarity of the People of Asia, Africa and Latin America, shouldn't the acronym be OSPAALA?
Images of Che on buttons and stinky anarchist's jackets are a cliche. A rainbow poster isn't, I would say.
