no repeats that I can make out - this may be hand animated but it could also be some algorithm. The artist does a bunch of short video - here's another that's swell, some crazy editing of a bigfoot/monster movie.

Its about a 10 second cycle I think. Watch the right side just above the youtube logo. There is a white blob that comes in, then a green one, then the white one again in the same pattern. I couldn't focus on the rest of it though.
However, it's still making fondu of my brain.
Yup, loop. That white blob gets eaten by a purple blob in the lower right and then a light blue one soon after.

I'll take your words for it. I don't know where you may have seen this before but I feel like there's been a popularity of solid-colored blobulars recently.
In many respects this video is also sort of the high end of screen savers.
This guy had a show/shows in NYC with colorful floors, possibly with the PaperRad dudes (which would make a lot of curatorial sense) and I saw pixxx on an artblawg.
