There are these great sandwich shops all over Belgium that have something on the menu called a "Sandwich Américain", and it looks like a tuna salad, but with raw ground beef as the meat. When I first saw that, I remember thinking it was the least "American" sandwich on the menu, but I have to admit, this guy kind of sold me on it.
Yeah...they make it quite tempting!
