So, I heard something a while back predicting Mexico City eventually having 30% of its population born mentally retarded due to all the pollution. Sounds a little far-fetched, but who knows.

dude, mexico is already 100% retarded, and we've been treating them in kind for decades.
and that's actually not "smog", it's a million tiny, brown people floating in the air cause there's nowhere left to live on land there.
