Dusty groove has the reish single of Rising to the Top for like six bucks, with instro. & a strange, not that hot, acoustic version.
Guess they just used the bassline?
Samples Mary Jane Girls "All Night Long" as well, which has the exact same bassline. If I ever get this mix up here, you will hear those as songs #2 & 3.
i heard a sample of that acoustic version. agreed.
LL figured it out first, those basslines are the exact same notes, and their ryhthm is synchronic supersonic, but not exactly the same.
risin to the top is like:
'bu-bu-bu , bu-du budubu-bu-bu ,'
wheareas all night long is like:
'bu, budubudubu bu-du-bu bu, '
when you put them together, it must be so much budubu in your cranium that your brain cums grey matter out of your ears...
