Dinkytowner
NYC DJ you've undoubtedly heard of, Cosmo Baker, is plays tonight at the Dinkytowner. MPLS dudes can check it out (for free?).
A sci-fi fantasy football blog about game codes and hot babes where a group of guys can kick back and worship in peace. Hosanna in the highest!

I don't know much about cosmo baker, but Scion has been blowing up the Dinkytowner with these events they hold. Tony Touch? WTF?
I might check it out. I'm also planning to see Calexico at the Fineline. Also, James Everest has been doing these nights called Making Music; held at the Coffman Union, he interviews well known musicians about the past, present, and future. It's cool stuff. Tonight he's interviewing Lori Barbero, who was the drummer for Babes in Toyland, and is also in the new group Koalas.
So much to do. Can I do it all?
If J.Mad.T can't do it, no one can.
Sounds cool what James is doing, he's a pretty rad dude. Is he still doing Lateduster? What about DOSH, is he still playing these days?
Cosmo is a NYC party DJ and relaly fucking good.
His "Lovebreak" mix is so so solid and here for you to DL at this link:

Cosmo Baker it is. That new fench disco comp that he worked on is hot pockets. I'm not sure what lovebreak that I have, but its real smoove.
Landquist, are you up on this shit? I expect to see you there...
Maybe a Matt Jones guest appearance?
james has been doing a lot of solo shows, and shows with his sister. I haven't seen, or heard of a Late Duster show in over a year. Dosh is still on the grind, always working, always playing, always sounding better than the last time he played. He has a new album that drops, this tueday, I think, and it's different from his other efforts, but just as impressive as any of his other work. He sings on some of the songs. that's new, but it works out great. I'll get a copy, and post it for all of you.
