Breakfast Cake
Little something courtesy of my brother. He decided to make a cake this morning (Sunday) entirely out of breakfast food. Using a technique passed down from my grandmother, he used Bisquick to help solidify the eggs for cake layers. Enjoy!

Your Grandmother invented the Breakfast Cake!
Well, not exactly. She used to make this keish (sp?)and it was all fluffy and whatnot cause she used Bisquick. I was never a fan of it, but thats more of a personal egg preference thang rather than taste.
