The second, it's the best album cover ever. That dude is really layin' the lumber, and it appears to be interracial!

Sweet little groove and it reminds me of Party Lights, made most famous by Liquid Pegasus.

Kent's Cut of Last Week

So I finally got a chance to listen to those Cambodian jamz and it reminded of this album I used to bang back in the day. My brother spent the summer in Germany in like 1995 and came back with this CD. Apparently it was the hottest German rap crew out at the time, and I used to beat my RCA w/ Bass Boost up with this one. First try on Youtube too believe it or not.
